Well guys I did it , I was so busy today that for breakfast and lunch I didn't eat anything, then I didn't eat dinner which was around 500 calories until later tonight. ALSO, I lost my 2 lbs, so hello 138 and trying to maintain it again :]!
Well like I said I've been busy, and i'm still on the go - Harry Potter Premier TONIGHT ! WOOO. I'm so excited <3 I think it's going to be amazing :]!
I will try to post thinspo later if I can , sorry i haven't posted in the last 2 days guys but i've been busy, now i'm about to go meet my friend at her house so we can go tog. to the premier! Stay Strong <3

Day 3 - More Calories.
Well.. Nice. I had way to many calories today, which gained my weight back. Little time to exersize, and i'm really tired. So I'm going to make this blog quick. Since those of you obviously know my gw - 125 - 120 lbs. and now my current weight - 140 lbs. I think it's okay not to put those.
And as far as putting what I ate for breakfast, and lunch, and dinner. i'm going to make it simple. breakfast - woke up early, was really hungry since i was bored, half of the japanese steakhouse meal leftovers.. aproximately, around 500 calories. about 3 glasses of chocolate milk since no water was availabe, which is about 200.. okay so were at 700 calories. then a salad for dinner..chicken fritter salad, i'm guessing around 200 - 300 calories, since I didn't eat it all. so making my total 900 - 1000 calories today.
BUT, I burned off 50, so I guess around 850 - 950, which means i'm swapping this day with a 1000 calorie max day. I don't want to eat a lot like this until the diet is finished. I'm going to work out more when I finish some work :]! I have to be up early tmrw though so who knows if I will have time, I might, if not it means working out a lot tmrw. .
Since I am tired I will update this blog later, or tmrw morning with thinspo pics, I have to go do work now. Bye all <3
BTW - WHO IS EXCITED FOR HARRY POTTER !! It's been my obsession since i was literally in 2nd grade ! Lol. I have every movie and have seen them like 100 times + :]! So i'm ubeeer excited for this one. I'm going to the midnight premier, anyone else going? :]!

Day 2 - Calories.

Day 1 - Day 2 - Lost 2lbs!
I now weigh in at 138 lbs, I am very happy! I hope I can keep this weight off.
Calorie Intake - 545 Calories
CW - 138 lbs
GW - 125 - 120 lbs
Breakfast - Nothing.
Lunch - 1/2 Peice of Cheese - 8 Calories
Dinner - Chicken Ceaser Salad w/ Italian Dressing - 285 Calories.
Drinks - Ovaltine - one hundred and sixty Calories.
Snacking - Yes I snacked, I was really hungry but luckily I subbed it in with a slim fast bar only 100 calories. Making my total intake for the whole day - 545 calories.
I will eat lunch soon it's only 2:19 PM. So I think I will be able to snack on something light, to save room for dinner. As far as breakfast goes, I usually sleep through it, So I miss it and the beginning of lunch most of the time.
Liquids Consumed - 0 [ yet I will get a water or diet pop soon though. ]
2:20 PM - Calorie Intake 0
I am happy with myself for not consuming snack after snack like I use to, it's getting to be really rewarding. :)!

NOTE - I added some new things to my blog.. music is in the right hand side bar. I decided I am going to update it every week with a new song. So keep checking back for a good playlist :D ! I think it's very motivating to listen to music, and I absolutely love it.
On another note, I am not working out today, for the simple fact I don't want to gain much muscle, I rather be thin. So I am alternating it, however I might go for a walk if it stops raining. But as far as working out on the elliptical goes, I'm going to do that tmrw. :] I want to be thin not muscular, and from my past sports through school my legs have a lot more muscle then fat in them so I think dieting will help.
Also, I updated and edit my blogs. So on this one it will be updated more tonight. When I can post my calorie intake [ my full amount calories I had all day ] etc. So you guys can view that too :D !
Comment and let me know how well you guys are doing with your diets, I am thinking of mixing in the 2 week diet with the abc diet. Is anyone else on the ABC diet, or has done it before? Hopefully I can lose 10 lbs by Christmas :]!

Calorie Intake - Total - 311.5 Calories [ 11/15/2010]
Well so far I have went through half of the day without consuming 1 calorie. I'm pretty happy, like I said on PT, i'm against ED's but I support loosing weight. And I don't think any less of people who have them, it's your choice, just like the way I diet, and exersize is my choice. I wouldn't judge someone based on what they eat, personally I just can't go days without eating, and I hateeee throwing up. So ED's aren't in my territory. But if you choose to, it's your choice :] We all have different ways to lose weight, and keep it off.
EDIT - I have now went all day consuming only 311.5 calories, and I am pretty proud, I did absolutely no snacking throughout the day. Worked out for the first time in a long time, and I feel great <3
Exersize - 11 minutes on elliptical. + 10 - 15 situps.
Exersize - 22 minutes on elliptical. 40 Situps.
Calorie Goal Intake - six hundred calories or less today.
I don't want to be perfect. I don't think anyone is perfect except God. <3
But I do want to be thin. I do want to love my body. And I do want to reach my goal weight. :)!
